Graceful Touch, LLC is a minority owned home care agency licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Nevada since February 2010. The company officially began providing services with its Grand Opening in May 2012.
Since then, Graceful Touch, LLC has built a strong network and established contracts with Medicaid, Aging and Disability Services (including COPE, PAS, Homemaker, Chore, Attendant Care, Respite, and Adult Companion Care), Clark County Social Services, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicaid, Helping Hands of Vegas Valley, Long Term Care Insurance providers, and Private Pay clients.
At Graceful Touch, you have choices. Our compassionate staff provides a wide range of services, from meal preparation and light housekeeping to bathing, grooming, and meaningful companionship. Charles Mitchell
Owner / Administrator
Charles Mitchell was born in Louisiana and moved to Las Vegas in 1999 seeking new opportunities for his family. Known as a proud “momma’s boy,” his strong family values were shaped through caring for his mother, sister and grandmother. These experiences inspired his passion for helping others, especially the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
Before entering the home care field, Charles spent over 15 years as a Foreman with Simplex Grinnell Fire Sprinklers, where he gained leadership experience overseeing large teams and daily operations.
In 2010, Charles and his wife, Roxanne Oliveros-Mitchell, founded Graceful Touch, LLC with a vision of providing compassionate and reliable care to their community. Charles now serves as the Owner and Administrator. He is also a Minister at Living Faith Assembly and actively serves in several ministries.
Charles and Roxanne are proud parents of three daughters and two grandchildren. His passion for service, leadership, and faith continues to guide his commitment to providing compassionate care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Roxanne Oliveros-Mitchell
Co-Owner / Assistant Administrator
Roxy’s journey began with a calling to serve others. Raised in Pittsburg, California, she moved to Las Vegas in 2001 and earned her Massage Therapy certification from Nevada Career Institute, beginning a lifelong commitment to care. She spent more than 17 years in the medical field as a Physical Therapist Technician, where she developed a strong foundation in compassion, professionalism, and patient trust.
Her faith has always guided her path. A devoted member of Living Faith Assembly since 2004, Roxy serves in ministries alongside her husband, Charles Mitchell. Together, they are proud parents of three daughters and grandparents of two.
In 2010, they founded Graceful Touch, LLC, where Roxy serves as Co-Owner and Assistant Administrator. Blending her medical experience, leadership, and heart for service, she is dedicated to providing dependable, high-quality care with integrity and compassion. For Roxy, service is more than a career — it is ministry in action.
Stay Informed
As of July 17, 2013, Graceful Touch was approved by Medicaid as a service provider. We thank you in advance for your business. Since then, we have gained contracts with the CHIP Program and Aging and Disability Services, including HCBW, COPE, PAS, Homemaker, Chore, Personal Care Aide, and Respite Care.
